Shipping Terms

1. Shipping Area
We ship within Switzerland and to select countries. International shipments may incur additional costs.

2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are listed separately during the ordering process.
Any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees associated with international shipments are the sole responsibility of the customer.

3. Shipping Carrier
Shipping is handled by a carrier of our choice. The selection of the shipping carrier is at our discretion.

4. Delivery Time
The stated delivery times are non-binding.
Delays due to production processes, high demand, or third parties (particularly shipping carriers) cannot be ruled out.

Claims for damages due to delivery delays are excluded to the extent permitted by law.

5. Partial Deliveries
We are entitled to make partial deliveries if this is necessary for efficient processing.

6. Transfer of Risk
Risk passes to the customer upon handover of the goods to the shipping service provider.

This also applies in the case of partial deliveries.

7. Transport Damage
The customer is obligated to inspect the goods immediately upon receipt.
Obvious transport damage must be reported immediately to the delivery person and notified to us in writing within 5 days.

Failure to provide such notification may result in the exclusion of claims.

8. Undeliverable Shipments
If a shipment cannot be delivered due to incorrect information provided by the customer or refusal to accept it, we reserve the right to bill the customer for the resulting costs.

9. Delays Beyond Our Control
We assume no liability for delivery delays that are beyond our control (force majeure, strikes, logistics issues, etc.).

10. Pickup
Pickup is only possible by prior arrangement.
